Q 1: What are my options regarding a refund or exchange?
A: In the event of a warranty issue, LifeCHARGE offers you the option of a full refund of your original purchase amount or an exchange for the same product. If you request a refund, it will be issued to you in the same form of funds you paid for your item (i.e., cash for cash payment, credit for credit card payment). Any shipping charges that may have been added to your cost at the time of purchase are not included as part of this refund. For credit card credits, please allow up to five (5) days from receipt of your returned product for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Q 2: How do I return or exchange my LifeCHARGE?
We ask that you submit warranty form please CLICK HERE So that we may handle your matter most efficiently, in your message, please include the following details: • Your LifeCHARGE order number/receipt of purchase • The reason you are requesting a return or exchange • A phone number at which you can be reached • Also please attach any images you may have of damage, if applicable. PLEASE NOTE: LifeCHARGE will deny any returns sent to us via mail or shipping carrier for which the LifeCHARGE customer service team has not received prior notification via email. Before dialing, please be sure to have your LifeCHARGE order number handy to speed up processing.
Q 3: What requirements must be met for my LifeCHARGE return to be processed?
A: 1. Any LifeCHARGE product you return to us for refund or exchange must be in new condition. You must return it to us in its ORIGINAL packaging with all the packing materials, documentation, product literature and accessories that were included with it. LifeCHARGE reserves the right to deduct the cost of missing items from your refund or credit.
2. When mailing or shipping your LifeCHARGE back to us, be sure to package it properly in a padded envelope or well buffered box.
3. In the shipping container, be sure to include your LifeCHARGE invoice or receipt and a description detailing why you are returning the product, including details concerning any defects.
4. To ensure proper delivery, do NOT stick a shipping label on the original product packaging. Insert it into proper mailing materials first. Also, do NOT make any marks or place any additional stickers on the product itself or the packaging.
5. Allow LifeCHARGE up to three business days to process your refund/exchange from the date of receipt of your return.
6. If you have recently placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at [email protected]. Please note that we cannot cancel an item once it has entered the shipping process, so speed is of the utmost importance. In the event that it is too late to cancel your pending order, you will still be able to return your LifeCHARGE for a full refund of the purchase price.
7. We do not accept postage due deliveries. As the returnee, you assume prepayment of all shipping charges.

Q 5: How long do I have to return my LifeCHARGE?
Because customer satisfaction is our very top priority at LifeCHARGE, we allow you a full 30 days from item receipt to try out your new LifeCHARGE. If, during that timeframe, your LifeCHARGE product does not meet your satisfaction in any way, you can return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price (minus any add-on fees). Claims resulting from damaged or missing items are separate from this return policy and must be filed with us within five (5) days of receiving your LifeCHARGE product.
Q 6: Will I be reimbursed for shipping costs?
No, although LifeCHARGE ships all pre-approved exchanges and replacements free of charge to the customer, we do not reimburse shipping costs associated with returns to us. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Q 7: What if I purchased my LifeCHARGE from one of your retail partners?
All genuine LifeCHARGE products, whether bought direct from us or through one of our authorized retail partners, are covered by our return and warranty policies. We do not, however, handle returns and refunds for our third-party partners. Please contact the seller of your LifeCHARGE directly for additional information on how to handle your return/refund.
