Q: How long does it take to process my LifeCHARGE order and what are your shipping times?
A: LifeCHARGE makes every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Under most circumstances we will ship out your LifeCHARGE product within 24 hours of payment processing. Exceptions to this rule that involve delayed shipping will either be pointed out to you when you place your order or will be alerted to you via email message.

Q: I can’t wait to get my LifeCHARGE! Do you offer same-day shipping?
A. In most cases, yes, provided we receive your order no later than 3:00 p.m. CST. Orders that are received after the 3:00pm CST cutoff will ship out the next business day, unless otherwise stipulated.

Q: What if my LifeCHARGE is lost or damaged en route?
A.To minimize lost shipments LifeCHARGE requires you to enter a complete and correct delivery address during the ordering process. Once your package leaves our facilities, however, we release all legal responsibility for its contents to the shipping carrier. Unless you personally arrange otherwise, your order will be sent via USPS and is entrusted to their care. As a result, you must contact USPS directly regarding mis-deliveries or goods damaged en route. Furthermore, we make no guarantees regarding arrival dates on Regular Priority Mail shipments.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A. We sure do, but please be aware that some additional charges will usually apply. If the recipient’s address is outside the United States, then local taxes, duties, etc. will typically be levied upon arrival at the product’s destination. In addition, the shipping carrier may add on brokerage fees and other surcharges related to the customs and international tax process. Please understand that LifeCHARGE has no control over these additional fees.
